DLSA Dhubri Recruitment 2021 For 51 Vacancy:
1. Legal Aid Counsel-For Civil/ Criminal
No of posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Law Graduate with Computer Knowledge.
2. Para Legal Volunteer (PLV)
No of posts: 50
Educational Qualification: The following candidates are eligible to apply-
a) Teachers (including retired teachers)
b) Retired Government servants and senior citizens.
c) M.S.W students and teachers.
d) Anganwadi Workers.
e) Doctors/Physicians.
f) Students & Law Students (till they enroll as lawyers).
g) Members of non-political, service oriented NGOs and Clubs.
h) Members of Women Neighbourhood Groups, Maithri Sanghams and other Self Help Groups including of marginalized/ vulnerable groups.
i) Educated prisoners with good behaviour, serving long term sentences in prisons.
j) Any other person whom the District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri deems fit to be identified as PLVs.
k) All existing Para Legal Volunteers need to file fresh application fulfilling the criteria as mentioned below.
Age limit: The applicant should not be less than 18 years of age as on the date of the advertisement.
