Applications are hereby invited in Standard Form of application published in part IX of Assam Gazette, from intending candidates for filling up the following newly
sanctioned post against letter No. JDJ.279/2021/43 dtd. 10.03.2022 of Judicial Dept.,
Govt. of Assam in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biswanath; in
the Pay Band & Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under Govt. of
Assam rules as shown below:

1. Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution

and the Registration is to be valid as on date of submission of applications.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on
01.01.2023.

How to Apply Biswanath Judiciary Recruitment 2023 for 2 Process Server Vacancy??
Interested and eligible candidates fill-up the standard application form. Candidates may drop their application in a sealed envelope with self-attested
copies of all testimonials regarding Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Valid
Employment Exchange Registration Card along with 3 (three) copies of recent
passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side, in
the “Drop Box” of the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biswanath or may
send the application form along with all documents by post to the office address
mentioned below.
Candidates serving in Govt. Department should submit their application through
proper channel.
The applicants shall mention their Mobile Numbers in the application form without
fail.
The last date of receipt of application form is 18-03-2023 (Saturday) up to
04:00 PM. No application will be entertained after the last date. The appointing
authority shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any postal delay.
Envelope containing the application should indicate the name of the post applied
for in block letters as- “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PROCESS SERVER/

Selection Process & other Details:
The eligible candidates shall be required to appear in the Written Test of 100
marks, comprising of following subjects: English, General Awareness,
Mathematical Ability, Aptitude and Assamese.
Successful candidates will have to appear for Viva-Voce which will be intimated
after the declaration of the result of the written test in the official website of
Biswanath District Judiciary.
The list of eligible candidates along with dates & venue of written test etc. will be
uploaded in the official website of Biswanath Judiciary (https://
districts.ecourts.gov.in/biswanath) in due course. No separate call letters will
be issued. Candidates are requested to refer to website for further details.
No TA/ DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the written test/viva voce, etc.
Application received late or without proper supporting documents or unsigned
or incomplete will be summarily rejected.
Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the
advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any
prior notice.
