Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Details:
1. Judicial Assistant
Total posts: 3 [OBC/MOBC]
Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate from a recognized University
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000-60500/- Rs. 8700/-
2. Junior Grade Translator
Total posts: 4 [UR]
Educational Qualification:
1. Masters degree from a recognized University in any official language of the State concerned under the jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court.
2. Computer Certificate/diploma of atleast 6 (Six) months duration.
3. Due weightage will be given to Law Graduates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000-60500/- RS. 8000/-
3. Computer Assistant
Total posts: 6 [UR-1, OBC/MOBC-1, SC-1, STP-1]
Educational Qualification:
1. Must be a Graduate from a recognized University .
2. Must have received training in execution of works such as data entry and DTP works, basic hardware maintenance including installation of various devices like printers, scanners etc., setting up and configuring LAN, utilities, application software, web designing and web based application software and Web based applications of computers.
3. Computer Certificate/Diploma of atleast 6 (six) months duration.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000-60500/- Rs. 6200/-
4.Telephone Operator
Total posts: 1 [UR]
Educational Qualification:
1. Must be a Graduate from a recognized University, having proficiency in English, Hindi and Official Language of the State concerned under the jurisdiction of Gauhati High Court. Operator
2. Preference should be given to those candidates, who have minimum two years of experience as a telephone Operator in any reputed organization.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000-60500/- Rs. 5600/-
AGE LIMIT:-
Category wise age limits for the posts, as on last date of receipt of applications, will be as under:-
1. Unreserved: 40 years
2 OBC/MOBC: 43 years
3 SC: 45 years
4. ST (P) & ST (H): 45 years
5. PwBD: 50 years
# Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC category shall have to produce a valid non- creamy layer certificate from the competent authority at the time of document verification before interview/viva-voce without fail.

For SC/STP/STH: Rs.150/-
For all others: Rs.300/-
HOW TO APPLY: Before applying online, candidates must possess a valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number which are mandatory for registration. E-mail ID should be kept active. Though the system is designed to send e-mail immediately acknowledging the Registration Code, sometimes due to network congestion, the e-mail may not be delivered, hence the candidates are requested to note down the Registration Code.
(a) Log on through the website and htips.//ghconline.qgov.in click on ‘Online Application for filling up of various posts in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court”.
(b) Click on "New Registration”. Provide the required information in that page, and then click "Submit Registration”. The system will generate a Registration Code which will be displayed below the "Submit Registration” button. Though the system is designed to send e-mail immediately acknowledging the Registration Code and corresponding Date of Birth, sometimes due to network congestion, the e-mail may not be delivered. Hence, candidates are requested to note down the Registration Code carefully.
