Applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined under Articles 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up of 03 (Three) Nos. of existing vacancy of PEON and 01 (One) No. of Chowkidar in the establishment of Chief judicial Magistrate, Karbi Anglong, Diphu (Assam) in the Pay Scale as shown below: 


Karbi Anglong Diphu Recruitment 2023 For Peon & Chowkidar Vacancy Details:

1. Peon
No of posts: 3 [UR]

2. Chowkidar 
No of post: 1 [UR]

Pay Scale:  PB-1,  (12000/- to 52000/-) + GP 3900/- P.M. + other allowances as admissible as per ROP Rules, 2017 .

Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification is class VIII standard; and those who  have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post. However, candidates possessing special skills like Plumbing, Electrician and Driving may be given preference.

Age Limit: The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2023. 
The upper age limit will be relaxed: 
i) By 5 years for ST and SC candidates i.e. upto 45 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02.09.2020 issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam. 
ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 43 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02.09.2020 issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam. 

Other Eligibility Criteria: 

1. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen. 
2. The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of VIII standard and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the said post.

How to Apply Karbi Anglong Diphu Judiciary Recruitment 2023? 

1) Eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (Published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt. of Assam) with the name of the post superscribed on top of the envelope and same must be addressed to 
“The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karbi Anglong, Diphu, Near Diphu Medical College, Diphu782460.” 
# The Last date of receipt of application is 17.06.2023 till 05:00 PM

2) Separate applications must be submitted for each post. 

3) The application must be accompanied with the following:- 

a) Three recent Coloured passport size photographs with signature on the reverse side, b) Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her AGE, CASTE and EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS etc. c) Mobile Nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form in RED INK. 

4) Candidates already in Govt. service must apply through proper channel along with “No Objection Certificate” from the proper authority. 

5) Incomplete or late received applications will summarily be rejected. 

6) If any candidate found canvassing directly/indirectly his/her candidature will be rejected. 

7) The applications can be submitted through ordinary/Speed/Registered Post or directly to the office of the undersigned. 

8) Candidates having knowledge and skill of plumbing/driving/electric equipment may be given preference. 

9) If the candidate is found to have suppressed his/her educational qualification or given any wrong information at the time of applying for the post, his/her candidatures shall be liable to be rejected or his/her candidature will be terminated. 

10) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Number is mandatory for those who are not in service. 

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The candidates will have to appear in an Interview (viva-voce) at their own expense. The selection will be made purely on merit basis. 

No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. However, the list of eligible candidates and Date of Interview will be uploaded in the official website https://www.karbianglongjudiciary.gov.in . Candidates are advised to visit the official website regularly for updated information.
